Christmas Card Competition Winner

This Christmas card design is the winner of the Mayor of Bridlington’s Christmas Card Competition and was made by Miss Kailee Jenkinson, aged 10, who is a pupil at Hilderthorpe Primary School. Kailee’s design was the Mayor’s official Christmas card for 2011. Kaikee also joined Mayor Councillor Cyril Marsburg at the Christmass Event to meet the pantomime stars of Jack and the Beanstalk.

A special Christmas event took place in Bridlington on Saturday 10 December, photos from which can be seen below. Bridopoly was completed by many and, from the many completed entries received, the winners were Brian and Sarah Parkin from Bridlington. They were happy to be presented with £50 in cash by the Mayor of Bridlington.
